Who am Ken...

Well I suppose the easiest answer is that "I is Ken;" but what does it mean to be me? Well the professional answer is that Kenneth is an executive leader in the financial service industry with a heavy focus on associate development and utilization of diverse talent. He has a measured and analytical approach to process improvement and workforce management that stems from his extensive background engaging and managing the information services of reporting, forecasting, and performance management. Within his roles he has proven the ability to manage multiple functions across multiple support lines to ensure the proper management of risk appetite and resolution of audit and regulatory concern.  He has also driven associate and vendor performance enhancement projects that have yielded as high as 18% efficiency gains in service levels within a six month project cycle and averaged over 10% on a portfolio of similar projects in the same time period.  This combined with a firm grasp of strategic vision allows for above and beyond execution of that vision.

Aside from his exceptional record within the analytical and process improvement functions he is also accredited with an exceptional understanding of team leadership and the coaching and mentoring of people. Kenneth has a keen sense for individual strengths in others and can quickly assess and adapt the organizational work flow or structure to maximize the efficiency, effectiveness and collective satisfaction of his team. His leadership has helped to shape the leaders under his stewardship so that their strength and development can ensure the continued success of the functions in his organization.  This combined with his accurate translation of conceptual into practical and executable steps excels the development of relevant and workable process/procedure enabling him and his group to provide leveraged results.

On a more personal note; Kenneth is a father of three beautiful children, husband to a beautiful and intelligent wife, and an all around swell guy... he works hard at being a good father by taking time out to care for his kids; taking each of them and all of them together out to the movies, the park and with him as he runs errands for the family.  He works hard at being a good husband by trying to be a romantic and compassionate person for his wife; but also by just generally trying to make himself better everyday inspired by all of her success.

Kenneth is also enrolled in school.  A full time student today at the University of Florida; he is trying to catch up on the years of school he passed up in his youth.  He took his first college level course at Florida State Community College in 2005 (a lot of people go to college for 10 years...) and now he's projected to graduate sometime in 2017 if all goes well.  Is that it? Isn't that enough... he's probably tired by now.  It isn't all is it? Nope; Kenneth is also training.  Inspired by athletes from around the world that came to compete he is working in the little spare time left to train for American Ninja Warrior.

Productivity breeds productivity and Kenneth believes that starting to move keeps your momentum; a body in motion stays in motion; motion creates emotion and emotion leads to passion; passion leads to success.  I look forward to meeting you.
